Role Description The Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vapi. The specialist is responsible for planning and executing marketing activities that promote SHREEJI CRANE - India’s products and services, including developing marketing campaigns, preparing brochures and digital content, and coordinating with sales teams. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing competitor activities, maintaining customer and lead databases, and supporting sales with presentations and materials.

The role also involves managing local promotional events, handling customer inquiries in coordination with customer service,



and preparing regular reports on marketing performance and lead generation.

The Marketing

Specialist works closely with management to refine marketing strategies and contribute to sustainable business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and vendors.
- Experience in Market Research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.
- Proven ability in Sales support and lead generation, working with sales teams to convert marketing opportunities.
- Practical knowledge of Marketing Strategy, including campaign planning, branding, and basic analytics.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic proficiency with office and digital tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, presentations; social media or email marketing platforms is an advantage).
- Ability to work on-site in Vapi, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a fast-paced industrial workplace.
- Prior experience in B2B or industrial products marketing is a plus but not mandatory.
