XML International is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations & Analytics Analyst to support marketing operations, procurement processes, financial coordination and business reporting within an international business environment.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in Marketing Operations, Procurement Operations, Finance Operations or Business Operations , particularly those familiar with ERP systems, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, budget tracking and operational analytics.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective processes, accurate reporting and effective stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Procurement

- Create, manage and track Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Purchase Orders (POs) and Service Entries through ERP systems.
- Support end-to-end Request-to-Pay (R2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable and Marketing teams to ensure timely processing of requests.
- Monitor purchase orders and support closures, amendments and new requests.
- Work with vendors to resolve invoice, payment, credit and debit issues.

Budget Management & Analytics

- Support annual marketing budget planning and forecasting activities.
- Maintain budget tracking tools and assist stakeholders with budget management.
- Prepare operational reports,



dashboards and insights for business stakeholders.
- Analyse operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Track KPIs, SLAs, vendor performance and process efficiency metrics.

Systems & Process Improvement

- Support ERP and workflow system administration from a business operations perspective.
- Provide guidance and training on procurement and financial processes.
- Troubleshoot process and system-related issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Participate in system testing, change management and process enhancements.
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

- Act as a key point of contact for operational and process-related inquiries.
- Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Communicate clearly with business users, vendors and leadership teams.
- Ensure adherence to procurement, finance and governance requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain or a related field.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in Marketing Operations, Procurement Operations, Finance Operations or Business Operations.




- Experience supporting Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Invoice Management processes.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement or financial workflows.
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Availability to work an afternoon/evening shift in a hybrid arrangement based in Bangalore.
