Role Description The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, for programs offered at Rajus Aviation & Logistics Academy. This full-time, on-site role is based in Chennai and involves responding to prospective student queries, conducting counseling sessions, and explaining course structures, fees, and career pathways. The role includes organizing and participating in admission events, school/college outreach, and information sessions to increase awareness of RAL programs.

Manager maintains accurate records of leads and admissions, follows up with prospects, and coordinates with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Daily tasks also include using communication tools and basic office software to prepare reports, update databases, and support continuous improvement of the admissions process.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills for engaging with prospective students and families.
- Candidates should possess skills in organizing events, coordinating outreach activities, and managing admissions processes efficiently.
- Candidates should possess basic computer and administrative skills, including familiarity with office software, data entry, and record-keeping.

- Relevant experience in admissions, student counseling, education services, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
