About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing / Social Media Executive with experience in SaaS product marketing, Meta platforms, and multi-channel social media growth. The ideal candidate should know how to maximize organic reach, improve engagement, build brand awareness, and execute effective digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage social media marketing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

- Develop strategies to increase organic reach, impressions, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.

- Plan and execute SaaS product marketing campaigns to communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions.

- Manage Meta Ads campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.

- Develop content strategies for posts, reels, creatives, product promotions, and campaign messaging.

- Analyse social media and advertising performance using relevant analytics tools and implement improvements.

- Support lead generation, website traffic, product awareness,



and business growth through digital marketing initiatives.

- Monitor platform algorithms, industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to improve marketing performance.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or social media marketing.

- Hands-on experience in SaaS product marketing, preferably in a B2B or technology-focused company.

- Robust knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Facebook/Instagram marketing.

- Proven understanding of organic reach, social media algorithms, content distribution, and audience growth strategies.

- Experience with campaign analytics, performance tracking, and data-driven optimization.

- Good content planning, copywriting, communication, and analytical skills.

- Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, Google Analytics, SEO, and lead-generation campaigns will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
