Assistant Marketing Manager

Location: Haridwar, Uttarakhand | Head Office: Panchkula, Haryana

Job Responsibilities

- Achieve branch sales targets and payment collection targets.
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients through regular visits and meetings.
- Prepare sales plans, allocate targets to team members, and monitor performance.
- Generate current business through cold calling and customer follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations and follow up to convert enquiries into orders.
- Ensure timely customer recall for periodic calibration services.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to fulfill requirements on time.
- Submit weekly plans and reports to the General Manager at Head Office.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Required Qualifications & Experience




- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in B2B sales.
- Experience in customer relationship management, quotation follow-ups, and payment collection.
- Good communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
