Job Summary

Ecopmin Technologies is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead B2B marketing, lead generation, brand promotion, and business development for industrial and electronics manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in industrial product marketing, customer acquisition, market expansion, and generating qualified business opportunities.

Candidates with experience in electronics manufacturing, SMT equipment, industrial automation, engineering products, or capital machinery are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, market share, and business revenue.
- Generate qualified leads and develop new business opportunities across India and international markets.
- Plan and execute 360-degree marketing activities, including digital campaigns, email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, product promotion, and brand communication.
- Promote technical products and industrial equipment to OEMs, electronics manufacturers, EMS companies, and other industrial customers.
- Plan and coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, industry events, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, customer segmentation, and identify new market opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales, Service, and Technical teams to convert marketing leads into business opportunities.
- Develop dealer, distributor, channel partner,



and key-account relationships where applicable.
- Monitor lead generation, conversion rates, campaign performance, marketing expenditure, and revenue contribution.
- Lead and coordinate marketing team activities and prepare regular performance reports for management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- Any degree; MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
- 8 - 20 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, industrial product marketing, or technical product marketing.
- Proven experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, market development, and business growth.
- Strong understanding of industrial sales cycles and B2B customer engagement.
- Experience managing exhibitions, trade shows, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work with technical products and collaborate with sales and engineering teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, analytical, and leadership skills.
