: Marketing Manager

1. Role & Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets.
- Conduct field marketing activities and generate new business opportunities.
- Visit hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, healthcare institutions, laboratories, and other potential customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital purchase departments, distributors, dealers, and institutional clients.
- Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities for the company's products.
- Promote the company's products through customer visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and meetings.
- Handle corporate and institutional sales, tenders, quotations, and customer enquiries.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales reports and marketing plans.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
- Manage customer follow-ups, order generation, and payment coordination.

1. Preferred Candidate Profile





- Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Marketing or a relevant qualification will be an added advantage.
- 7 - 10 years of experience in marketing and field sales.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Pharmaceutical, Hospital, Healthcare, Health & Hygiene, or Medical Products industry.
- Experience in institutional sales, hospital sales, and B2B marketing is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and field marketing activities.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
