ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Head with 78 years of experience in the real estate sector, including both online and offline marketing. The candidate will lead the marketing strategy and execution for a new residential plotting project launch, build market awareness, generate qualified leads, drive site visits, and support the sales team in achieving booking and revenue targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

New Project Launch: Create and execute the end-to-end launch plan, including project positioning, target audience, campaign calendar, launch activities, and budgets.

Online / Digital Marketing: Plan campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), property portals, SEO,

landing pages, social media, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.

Lead Generation: Drive qualified enquiries; track cost per lead, lead quality, campaign ROI, site-visit conversions, and booking contribution.

Offline Marketing: Plan hoardings, banners, brochures, newspaper ads, local activations, events, roadshows, and project-site branding.

Branding & Creative: Oversee project branding, campaign messaging, brochures, presentations, videos, creatives, and marketing collateral.

Agency & Vendor Management: Manage advertising agencies, digital partners, printers, media vendors, and other suppliers.

Budget & Reporting: Prepare marketing budgets, allocate spends across online and offline channels, track expenses, and report performance and ROI.

Sales Coordination: Work with Sales, CRM, and Channel Partner teams to align campaigns with inventory, pricing, offers,

follow-ups, site visits, and booking targets.

Market Research: Analyse competitors, local demand, customer segments, market trends, and campaign results.





Team Leadership: Lead marketing staff and external partners, set priorities, monitor timelines, and maintain consistent brand communication.

On-ground Execution: Coordinate launch events, broker/channel partner meets, customer engagement, and local-area promotions.

Compliance: Ensure advertisements, pricing, project claims, approvals, and promotional material are accurate and internally approved before release.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

78 years of real estate marketing experience with hands-on online and offline marketing exposure.

Experience in residential plotting projects, land projects, or real estate project launches is strongly preferred.

Ability to plan and execute a project launch from pre-launch through launch and post-launch campaigns.

Strong understanding of digital lead generation, paid media, offline advertising, branding, and campaign measurement.

Experience managing budgets, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication, planning, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.

Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)

Qualified leads generated and cost per qualified lead.

Marketing-generated site visits and contribution to plot bookings.

Campaign ROI, budget adherence, and lead-to-booking conversion.

On-time delivery and quality of launch campaigns and marketing collateral.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
