About the Role

Evolve Artisanal is a design-led surface and material studio working with architects, interior designers, and private clients. We're looking for someone who loves marketing but isn't interested in being limited to just one function.

As our Marketing Generalist, you'll wear many hats. One day you might be shooting content on-site, the next writing captions, planning an event, speaking with designers, researching market trends, or helping launch a new campaign.

We're looking for someone who's curious, proactive, and excited to learn by doing. You don't need to know everything—we care far more about attitude, ownership, and the willingness to figure things out.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content & Brand Marketing

● Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, email, and other marketing channels

● Shoot behind-the-scenes videos, product content, and event coverage

● Edit reels, short-form videos, and basic graphics

● Write captions, blogs, newsletters, website copy, and marketing collaterals

● Ensure all content reflects Evolve Artisanal's brand and design philosophy

2. Marketing Operations

● Drive lead generation through email marketing, cold outreach, social media engagement, and other creative prospecting initiatives.

● Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend research

● Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate campaign execution

● Support PR, collaborations, partnerships, and outreach initiatives

● Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement

3. Events & Community

● Assist in planning and executing design events, exhibitions, workshops, and networking sessions

● Coordinate vendors, setup, registrations, guest lists, f&b;,



gifting, and event logistics

● Capture content during events

● Help create memorable experiences for our design community

4. Client Experience & Sales Support

● Handle walk-in clients and provide basic product information

● Respond to marketing enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media

● Support lead nurturing and coordinate meetings with the sales team when required

● Maintain a skilled and welcoming showroom experience

5. Business Support

● Write professional emails, presentations, proposals, and internal documents

● Support cross-functional projects wherever needed

● Take ownership of ad-hoc responsibilities that help move the business forward

6. Requirements

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Strong command of English

● Comfortable creating content using a smartphone and basic editing tools

● Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar platforms is a plus

● Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

● Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity
