Role Description The Marketing Executive – DRT is a full time, on-site role based at Medway Hospitals in Egmore. This role involves planning and executing direct response marketing initiatives to increase patient footfall, promote hospital services, and build brand visibility.

The Marketing

Executive will conduct market research, coordinate with clinical and administrative teams, manage promotional campaigns, and track campaign performance. Daily activities include developing marketing plans, supporting sales and outreach activities, organizing local events or camps,



and maintaining databases for leads and patient engagement. The role also requires preparing reports, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve marketing and business objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze patient demographics, competition, and local healthcare trends.
- Candidates should possess Communication skills to interact with patients, partners, and internal teams clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to support patient acquisition, drive service uptake, and meet outreach targets.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in healthcare or service-based industries, especially in direct response or field marketing, will be an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Egmore, manage multiple tasks, use basic office and marketing tools, and maintain accurate records is required.
