– Marketing Associate (CASA & Loan Products)

Job Summary The Marketing Associate will be responsible for promoting the Bank’s CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) products and loan products, generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, and supporting branch-level sales and loan processing activities. Candidates will be assigned to Sales Officers at designated branch locations and will primarily work in the field to acquire recent customers and build strong customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Promote and market the Bank’s CASA products and loan offerings to prospective customers.
- Engage with customers face-to-face to understand their banking and financial requirements and explain suitable products.
- Provide basic information on loan products, including features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and application procedures.
- Conduct field visits to meet prospective and existing customers, develop relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
- Identify potential High-Net-Worth Individual (HNI) customers, schedule appointments, and promote relevant banking products.
- Participate in Bank-organized events, campaigns, and conferences to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Coordinate with Sales Officers, Branch Managers, and internal teams to facilitate customer acquisition and smooth loan processing.
- Assist in collecting, verifying, and submitting customer documents in accordance with the Bank’s prescribed procedures.
- Ensure loan applications and supporting documents are complete and handed over to the concerned teams on time.




- Follow up with customers regarding application status, documentation, queries, and other banking requirements.
- Maintain regular customer interactions to provide process updates and support customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to Bank policies, compliance requirements, and ethical standards while conducting marketing and sales activities.
- Work towards assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth through effective lead generation and customer conversion.

Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 18–40 years
- Qualification: Graduate in any stream
- Languages: Proficiency in the local language, with knowledge of English and/or Hindi.
- Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Skills: Good communication, interpersonal, customer-handling, and marketing skills.
- Job Nature: Primarily field-based sales and customer acquisition.
- Deployment: Candidates will be assigned to Sales Officers at designated Bank branch locations.

Compensation & Incentives
- Monthly CTC: ₹21,379, subject to applicable statutory deductions and the terms specified in the .
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹42,000, based on achievement of assigned targets and applicable incentive criteria.

Key Performance Expectations
- Achievement of assigned CASA and loan-product sales targets.
- Effective lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion.
- Timely collection and submission of customer documentation.
- Consistent field activity, customer follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Compliance with Bank procedures and service standards.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
