Responsibilities

- Build marketing strategies and campaign plans for domestic and international clients
- Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns with the Ads person for the implementation and tech work (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)
- Use AI tools to write high-quality content: ads, social posts, emails, blogs, and brand copy
- Write clear, effective prompts and refine AI output into polished, on-brand work




- Track campaign performance, analyze the data, and turn it into explicit recommendations
- Research markets, competitors, and trends across different regions
- Support branding projects and client presentations
- Work with our design and development teams to deliver on time

Requirements
- BBA or MBA in Marketing (or a related specialization); graduates welcome
- Genuine passion for branding, marketing, and advertising
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with numbers, dashboards, and spreadsheets
- Hands-on with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) and able to write good prompts independently
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Curious, organized, and able to manage multiple clients and deadlines
