You will be the face and voice of the brand in the market: getting our leaders and ideas onto the right podcasts, putting us in the rooms where the industry gathers, and earning the attention of the media. You will then turn every appearance into content that carries our story far beyond the room.

This is a high-energy, high-ownership role for someone who thrives outside a desk. You will build your own pipeline, open doors without waiting for introductions and see an idea through from first pitch to published content.

Responsibilities

- Podcasts: Identify, approach and build relationships with podcasters, and arrange and schedule appearances end to end, both paid and free, wherever they add value to the brand.
- Events: Track marketing, finance and industry events in the city, free or paid, and participate regularly to build presence and network.
- Media Interaction: Build relationships with journalists, editors and media houses, and create steady opportunities for interviews, features and brand mentions.
- Social Media Amplification: Turn every podcast, event and media interaction into high-volume content (clips, quotes, posts, reels) and work with the content and design teams to publish it quickly.
- Tracking: Maintain a calendar and tracker of podcasts, events and media outreach, and report on reach and brand impact.

Requirements

- 2-5 years of experience in brand, PR, media relations, events or partnerships
- Strong communication, networking and follow-up skills, with a go-getter, hustling mindset
- Comfortable cold-pitching and approaching new people
- Positive understanding of social media and content
- Self-starter who works with little supervision and is happy to be out in the field often
- Graduate or postgraduate (Mass Communication, Marketing or similar preferred)
