Job Purpose

HYBE ​INDIA is looking ​for a ​dynamic ​and creative ​Marketing ​Brand ​Manager to lead ​brand-building ​and marketing initiatives.

The ​Brand ​Manager ​will lead the ​planning, execution, ​and ​optimization of ​marketing initiatives ​that ​strengthen HYBE India's ​brand presence, ​artist visibility, and fan engagement.

This role is responsible for developing integrated brand campaigns, driving audience growth, and ensuring consistent brand storytelling across digital, social, PR, partnerships, and experiential touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute integrated marketing and brand strategies to strengthen HYBE’s brand presence and audience engagement translating global strategies into locally relevant initiatives.
- Lead 360-degree marketing campaigns across artist debuts and releases, content launches, concerts, merchandise, fan experiences, and entertainment IPs, ensuring consistent brand positioning across consumer touchpoints.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including strategic planning, creative development, performance tracking, and post-campaign evaluation, driving audience acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Identify and execute strategic collaborations, and experiential activations to enhance brand visibility, expand audience reach, and drive commercial opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with brands, media partners, digital platforms, agencies, sponsors, and external vendors to deliver impactful marketing initiatives and maximize partnership value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, A&R;, Artist Management, Digital Marketing, Content Production, PR, Commercial, Events, and Partnerships,



to deliver cohesive and integrated campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing strategies, and measure effectiveness against key business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets, agency deliverables, and campaign timelines, ensuring efficient resource utilization and high-quality execution aligned with HYBE’s global brand standards and local market priorities.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, entertainment marketing, media, consumer technology, or agency environments.
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.
- Experience interpreting marketing analytics and consumer insights.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
