The Chance

This is not a single vacancy. It is a standing invitation to people who can think and make: marketers who move easily between strategy, design, language and technology, and who see AI as a way to raise their thinking, not replace it.

We hire for capability, not job titles. If you have deep expertise in one discipline and real fluency in the ones around it (a T-shaped profile, or what LinkedIn calls a “skill stacker”), we want to hear from you. Your role will be shaped around what you do best.

Position Details

- Location: Remote, anywhere in India
- Experience: Mid to senior level (3+ years preferred)
- Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and the depth of your work
- Intake: Rolling, with immediate starts and planned hiring through 2027
- Hours: Aligned to our team’s working day, which overlaps with North America

What You’ll Do

- Develop brand strategy, positioning and narrative from first principles
- Turn strategy into visual and verbal systems that stay consistent across every touchpoint
- Create content and campaigns built on visual storytelling, social media branding and community engagement




- Design and run AI-assisted workflows using prompt engineering and workflow automation to raise the speed and quality of the work
- Make sure brands can be found and cited in AI-driven search (answer engine optimisation, or AEO), not only in traditional search
- Use performance analysis to judge what is working and act on it
- Work directly with founders and international client teams

- Judgment and taste: you know what is clear, distinctive and right for a brand, and why
- AI literacy: hands-on, critical use of generative tools, knowing when to rely on them and when to override them
- Critical thinking: you break problems down before you start on the work
- Communication: you write and present with clarity and conviction to senior stakeholders
- Curiosity: you keep learning as platforms, tools and audiences change
- Proof of work: a portfolio that shows how you think, not just what you produced

Bonus

- Experience with international or multi-market brands
- Comfort with no-code tools, automation platforms or light scripting
- A point of view on where brand-building is heading
