About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented professional to support women associated with our EDP (Entrepreneurship Development Programme) and Nandghar initiatives in marketing and selling their handmade products. The candidate will help women entrepreneurs identify market opportunities, connect with potential buyers, and develop sustainable income-generating opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research to identify demand, pricing, trends, and potential customers for handmade products.
- Identify and connect with retail shops, boutiques, exhibitions, wholesalers, corporate buyers, and online marketplaces.
- Support women entrepreneurs in promoting and selling their handmade products.
- Develop sales strategies to increase product visibility and revenue.
- Coordinate product displays, exhibitions, fairs, and local marketing activities.
- Assist women in product pricing, packaging, branding, and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, vendors, and business partners.




- Track sales performance, customer feedback, and market opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on market research, sales, and business development activities.

Required Candidate Profile
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in market research, sales, business development, or marketing; experience in handicrafts or women’s entrepreneurship will be preferred.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Knowledge of local markets and retail networks in Jaipur.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online selling platforms.
- Willingness to travel locally and work directly with women entrepreneurs.
- A self-motivated individual with a passion for women’s empowerment and livelihood development.

Key Objective To help women associated with our EDP and Nandghar initiatives turn their handmade products into marketable goods, connect with buyers, and generate sustainable income through regular sales. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
