We are looking for a Manufacturing chemist to manage the company’s manufacturing of products. His/her responsibilities include strategizing to find cost-effective projects related to manufacturing.

Requirements

- Organizes workflow according to workload to meet delivery schedule (daily, weekly & monthly)
- Technical knowledge: Thorough knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements.

Experience in developing and implementing manufacturing processes for cosmetic products

- Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends,



and develop solutions to technical problems.

Experience in performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

- Ensures compliance with all safety requirements on the shop floor

- Ensures that documentation is maintained as per ISO or other quality standards adopted by the organization.
- Prepares the plant, team and documents for internal and external audits.
- Must have good knowledge of manufacturing of cosmetic products such as Creams, Lotions, Shampoos, Serums, Oils, etc.
- Must have good knowledge of CIP & COP process.
- Ensuring that policies and procedures are followed at work.
- Can handle Breakdown & change mechanical parts of pumps, motors, mixers whenever required
- Batch Dispensing & circulations proces
- 3 years of prior experience in FMCG/Personal Care company is must.
- BMR & Validations is must
