- Plan, implement, monitor, and review organisational programmes and projects.

- Identify potential donors, CSR partners, institutional funders, and other funding opportunities.

- Develop funding proposals, EOI, RFPs, FCRA proposal/CSR proposal concept notes, project budgets, and donor presentations.

- Build and maintain relationships with donors, government departments, corporate partners, and development agencies.

- Coordinate project implementation and ensure timely achievement of targets and deliverables.

- Monitor project progress, budgets, and outcomes, and ensure compliance with donor requirements.

- Prepare and review periodic progress reports, utilisation reports, and other project documentation.

- Support monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) activities.

- Guide and supervise programme staff and provide technical support to field teams.

- Ensure that programmes align with organisational objectives, donor priorities, and community needs.

- Any other work assigned by the Management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
