We are looking for a skilled Manual Tester with strong hands-on experience in Health Insurance Claims testing. Candidates must have practical knowledge of health insurance policies, claims adjudication, and claims reimbursement processes.

Mandatory Skills

- 3-6 years of overall testing experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant Health Insurance Claims testing experience.
- Strong understanding of Health Insurance Policies and Health Claims.
- Hands-on knowledge of Claims Adjudication.
- Hands-on knowledge of the Claims Reimbursement Process.
- Expertise in test case design and test execution.
- Requirement analysis and documentation.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute test cases for health insurance applications.
- Analyze business requirement documents, functional specifications, and requirements.
- Validate health insurance policy rules and health claims processing workflows.
- Test claims adjudication and reimbursement scenarios.
- Identify, document, track, and retest defects.
- Prepare daily status reports (DSRs) and communicate testing progress.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of health insurance claims-related applications.

Note: Candidates without hands-on Health Insurance Claims experience or who cannot join immediately will not be considered.
