Job Role: Manpower Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Manpower Supervisor to manage workforce deployment and day-to-day manpower operations at client sites. The candidate should have good communication, team-handling, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage manpower at assigned client sites.
- Monitor daily attendance, shifts, absenteeism, and manpower deployment.
- Coordinate manpower replacements and fulfill shortage requirements.
- Maintain daily attendance and manpower reports.
- Coordinate with employees, HR team, and client representatives.
- Handle employee grievances and basic site-related issues.
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and smooth workforce operations.




- Support recent employee joining, onboarding, and deployment activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in manpower/staffing/site supervision.
- Good communication and people-management skills.
- Ability to handle workers and client coordination independently.
- Basic knowledge of attendance and manpower reporting.
- Candidates with experience in contract staffing/manpower agencies will be preferred.
