- Ensure the ILN warehouse process as per the Renault standard.

- Ensure warehouse 5S, safety and layouts in Chennai, Pune and Delhi.

- Ensure aligned with Logistics quality for the warehouse operations quality control plan and monitoring plan in ILN warehouse.

- Manage the 3PL Trainings and process Audits and ILU Validations.

- RFQ documentations and technical validations.

- QRQC actions and implementations at ILN Warehouse.

- Conduct daily morning meeting with all the stakeholders for the day / weekly planning and execution.

- Kaizen / continues Improvement on process to meet productivity KPI s.

- Evaluate productivity KPIs (M3/HC and M3/M2) on every month.

- Monitoring the Inventory and aging of materials in warehouse.

- Daily, weekly and Monthly status report to the management.

- Manage the Non-conformities with Cause analyses and action plan.

- Validate the physical packages vs Packaging standards for the NPD parts.
