Manager – VCFO & Managed Services to lead financial planning and analysis for a dedicated set of clients.

Position: Manager – VCFO & Managed Services

Location: Mumbai (Full time)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Experience: 4–6 years of post-qualification experience

About the Role:

In this role, you will lead the FP&A; relationship for a dedicated client portfolio. You will work directly with client CFOs, finance controllers, and department heads to translate complex numbers into actionable strategic insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and rolling scenario analyses.
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and detailed budget-vs-actual variance reports.
- Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reporting using advanced Excel and data tools.
- Partner closely with business units to provide vital financial insights for business cases, cost control, and profitability initiatives.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and limited review auditors,



while managing and reviewing work across your internal team.

What We Are Looking For:

- Mandatory: CA qualification with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A;, budgeting, and management reporting.
- High proficiency in Advanced Excel; hands-on experience building and automating MIS reports.
- Excellent English communication skills with the confidence to present insights directly to C-suite stakeholders.
- Asset: Experience with Power BI, financial modeling, or working in an outsourced finance/VCFO/shared-services setup.
