Key Responsibilities

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and financial planning.

- Prepare MIS dashboards, KPI reports, variance analysis, and management presentations.

- Manage project-wise and customer-wise P&L;, profitability, margins, and cost overruns.

- Drive costing, BOM variance analysis, pricing models, and commercial finance activities.

- Monitor revenue assurance, customer recoveries, cash flow, and working capital.

- Analyze manufacturing KPIs, including productivity, yield, utilization, scrap, and rework.

- Partner with Operations, SCM, Procurement, and Commercial teams to drive cost optimization.

- Support ROI/IRR analysis, business cases, and strategic decision-making.

What Were Looking For

- CMA

- 4–12 years of experience in FP&A;, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or Project Finance.

- Solid expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, costing, and profitability analysis.

- Experience in project P&L; management, cash flow, working capital, and MIS reporting.

- Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems and advanced Excel.

- Manufacturing or electronics industry experience preferred.

- Power BI or other analytics tools will be an added advantage.
