Securities Settlement

Management:

- Lead and supervise the daily securities pay
- in process for open settlements, including those for POA/DDPI clients.

- Oversee the uploading of the Statement of Trade (SOT) and Statement of Holdings (SOH) in the back office system.

- Monitor and address any overdue settlements, ensuring timely resolutions.

- Provide guidance on notional and auction pay-in transactions.

- Manage securities lending and borrowing (SLB) and Mutual Fund (MF) pay-in processes.

- Ensure smooth execution of physical delivery of securities as required.

- Review and approve instructions for securities pay-in.

Auction

Settlements and Internal/Exchange Auctions:

- Take charge of the auction settlement process, ensuring adherence to deadlines and accuracy

- Supervise the handling of internal and exchange auctions, resolving any issues that may arise

Reconciliation:

- Implement robust securities reconciliation proce
