Looking for a Mutual Fund Operations professional to manage and strengthen RTA operations, ensuring efficient transaction processing, regulatory compliance, vendor management, branch support, and continuous process improvement.

Regulatory & Compliance Reporting & MIS

- Ensure operational processes at RTA comply with SEBI Regulations, AMFI best practice guidelines, and internal guidelines.
- Oversee and ensure timely regulatory reporting (standard & ad-hoc) including FATCA/CRS. this should include all regulatory reports of RTA ops.
- Support internal and external audits; ensure closure of audit observations within timelines.

RTA Operations & Co-ordination
- Liaison between AMC and RTA for all recent regulatory implementations and new products/ features/ facilities.
- Analyse/ Review systemic issues, complaints, and drive corrective/preventive actions.
