Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Manager Quality Management System (QMS) to lead and strengthen the organization's Quality Management System across functions.

The role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer-specific requirements and applicable regulatory requirements, while driving audit readiness, continual improvement, risk-based thinking, corrective actions and a strong quality culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and applicable customer-specific requirements.
- Plan, lead and execute the annual internal audit program, ensuring effective identification, reporting and closure of audit findings.
- Act as the key coordinator for IATF certification, surveillance and customer second-party audits, ensuring complete audit preparedness and timely closure of findings.
- Lead and manage VDA 6.3 Process Audits (P1P7) and drive effective implementation of improvement actions.
- Oversee APQP and PPAP activities for new product / bearing development projects, ensuring timely and effective quality deliverables.
- Drive effective CAPA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis and corrective action processes and verify the effectiveness of implemented actions.
- Lead Management Review activities covering QMS performance, audit results, customer feedback, process performance, risks, opportunities and improvement actions.
- Monitor QMS objectives, quality KPIs and process performance indicators and provide periodic reports to senior management.
- Ensure effective control of QMS documentation, procedures, records,



changes and documented information.
- Ensure effective understanding and implementation of Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR) across relevant functions.
- Identify process gaps and drive continual improvement, risk-based thinking and process effectiveness across the organization.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, R&D;, Purchase, Supply Chain, Maintenance and other functions to ensure effective implementation of quality system requirements.
- Develop and conduct QMS awareness and quality-related training programs to strengthen the organization's quality culture.
- Support customer complaint resolution and ensure systemic corrective actions are incorporated into the QMS to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering.
- Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering preferred.
- Qualification or certification in Quality Management will be an advantage.

Experience

- 08 to 12 years of relevant experience in Quality Management Systems.
- Experience in automotive, auto-component, bearing or precision engineering manufacturing preferred.
- Solid hands-on experience in IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, APQP, PPAP, internal audits, certification body audits and customer second-party audits.
