Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning and Execution:Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation

- Coordinate project activities and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project progress

- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure adherence to timelines

- Team Management:Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives

- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and expertise





- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members

- Stakeholder Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

- Communicate project updates, risks, and issues in a clear and concise manner

- Proactively identify and address stakeholder concerns to maintain positive relationships

- Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions

- Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle and implement corrective actions as needed

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

- Quality Assurance:Establish quality standards and ensure adherence to project specifications

- Conduct regular quality inspections and address any deviations from the established standards

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes
