Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Piping Manager to oversee carbon steel piping spool fabrication operations, ensuring quality, productivity, safety, and timely project execution. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in fabrication shop operations, welding, NDT, leak testing, quality control, and distortion control, along with proven team management experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise carbon steel piping spool fabrication shop activities.
- Oversee fabrication processes, including fit-up, setup, welding, NDT, leak testing, and spool integration.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes,



quality standards, and inspection requirements.
- Implement effective distortion control measures during welding and fabrication.
- Monitor production schedules, manpower utilization, productivity, and fabrication progress.
- Identify and resolve fabrication-related technical and quality issues.
- Ensure proper documentation, inspection records, and traceability throughout the fabrication process.
- Lead, guide, and develop shop personnel to achieve operational and quality objectives.
- Maintain compliance with workplace safety procedures and fabrication shop standards.
