Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing day-to-day hospital operations during the assigned shift, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments, patient satisfaction, service quality, and timely resolution of operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily hospital operations and coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments.

- Address patient and attendant grievances and ensure timely resolution.

- Coordinate with doctors, nursing teams, billing, pharmacy, laboratory, housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.

- Handle emergency operational issues and escalate critical matters to the appropriate authorities.

- Monitor patient admission, discharge, bed allocation, and patient flow.

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and service standards.

- Conduct regular rounds to assess cleanliness, infrastructure, and service quality.

- Manage incidents, prepare shift reports, and ensure proper handover to the next shift.

- Support emergency response coordination and ensure uninterrupted hospital services.

- Maintain effective communication with patients, staff, and hospital management.
