Position: Manager – Marketing, Mobilization & Projects

Role Overview

We are seeking a confident and result-oriented professional to manage marketing and business development, prepare and deliver presentations, lead ground-level candidate mobilization, and oversee existing and new projects. The role involves client interaction, field visits, team coordination, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Business Development

Identify new business opportunities and promote the company’s services.

Generate leads, meet prospective clients, and follow up on business proposals.

Conduct market research and develop strategies to achieve business targets.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, institutions, and business partners.

PowerPoint Presentations & Proposals

Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, company profiles, and proposals.

Deliver presentations confidently before clients, management, committees, and large audiences.

Explain the company’s capabilities, project experience, and proposed services.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate presentation content.

Ground-Level Hiring & Mobilization

Conduct field outreach and mobilize candidates for manpower requirements.

Organize local recruitment drives in coordination with the HR team.

Develop networks with placement agencies, training institutes, and local contacts.

Coordinate candidate screening, documentation, joining, and deployment.





Monitor recruitment progress and address manpower shortages.

Existing & New Project Management

Oversee daily operations and performance of existing projects.

Plan and coordinate new project launches, including staffing, deployment, resources, and site readiness.

Conduct site visits, supervise field teams, and resolve operational issues.

Coordinate with clients to meet project requirements and service standards.

Track project milestones, staffing levels, pending tasks, and corrective actions.

Submit regular marketing, recruitment, and project performance reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA in Marketing, Operations, or a related field preferred.

Relevant experience in marketing, business development, manpower recruitment, and project operations.

Experience in manpower outsourcing or service-based projects preferred.

Required Skills

Solid proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Excellent presentation, public speaking, and communication skills.

Strong client relationship, negotiation, and team management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects, solve problems, and meet targets.

Willingness to travel regularly across project locations.

Salary: Based on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Selection Process: Interview followed by a practical PowerPoint preparation and presentation assessment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
