Key Responsibilities

1. Leasing Execution

· Actively source tenants through brokers, IPCs, and direct contacts.

· Handle site presentations, commercials discussion, and follow-ups.

· Close leasing transactions within defined timelines.

2. Broker & Market Management

· Maintain strong working relationships with local property consultants and channel partners.

· Generate consistent deal pipeline through market mapping.

· Track competing developments and prevailing rentals.

3. Commercial Coordination

· Support negotiations on rent, CAM, deposits, and escalation terms.

· Work with Legal & Finance teams for agreement finalization.

· Ensure smooth documentation and handover to tenants.

4. Tenant Handling

· Manage tenant coordination during onboarding.

· Support renewals and minimize vacancy risk.

· Address basic commercial concerns with internal teams.

5. MIS & Reporting

· Maintain leasing tracker, deal pipeline, and status reports.

· Provide weekly updates to management on closures and leads.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We should target candidates who:

· Have hands-on leasing experience, not just strategy roles.

· Are strong in execution and follow-up, with hunger to close deals.

· Possess an active local broker network in Bangalore.

· Can independently manage site visits, negotiations, and documentation.

· Are energetic, market-driven, and comfortable working on targets.





· Experience Level- 8 to 10 years

· CTC Would be 10-14 LPA

Qualifications

· Graduate (BBA / B.Com / Any Discipline) – Mandatory

· MBA (Marketing / Real Estate) – Preferred but not essential

· Practical leasing experience is more important than qualification.

Mid-size real estate developers

· Mall / commercial property operators

· IPC mid-level professionals (not senior directors)

· Local Bangalore developers with active leasing portfolios

Candidates must have hands-on experience in commercial leasing, preferably for office spaces..

1. Must have a strong and active Bangalore-based broker/IPC network and experience in tenant acquisition.
2. Should have proven expertise in leasing execution, site visits, rental negotiations, deal closures and follow-ups.
3. Must understand commercial terms such as rentals, CAM, security deposits, escalation clauses and lease agreements.
4. Target candidates from mid-sized real estate developers, commercial property operators, mall operators and IPCs at mid-management level.
5. Graduate in any discipline is mandatory; MBA in Marketing or Real Estate is preferred. Practical leasing experience and deal-closing ability are the key selection criteria.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
