- To monitor and drive below verticals of HDFC Bank B1-Home Loan , B4-Branch Banking
PL/BL/GL/BBG/EEG/Payments.
- Drive the key Bancassurance matrix and uniformed practices across Digital Office (DO) locations.
Handle 6-8 sales Managers
- Achieve the top line and bottom line as per defined matrix
- Provide strategic inputs from geographical perspective and periodically review, design and implement plans
- Driving renewals as per target
