Job Title: Manager - Government Specification

About The Role

We are looking for a go-getter with a strong network in CPWD, MES, BMRCL, Indian Air Force & other Govt bodies to get Naveen Tiles (GVT / PGVT / Ceramic / Anti-skid / Parking tiles) specified in their BOQ and Approved Make List. This is a high-impact, specification-led sales role.

Key Responsibilities

- Product Specification in Govt BOQ:
- Get Naveen Tiles range specified in CPWD, MES, BMRCL and Air Force Works specifications.
- Ensure our brand / technical specs (e.g., 600x1200 GVT, 800x1600, anti-skid, full-body parking tiles) are written into upcoming tenders at pre-tender stage.
- Work closely with Govt Architects, Chief Engineers (Civil), SEs and Project Consultants.
- Approvals & Vendor Enlistment:
- Obtain Vendor Registration, Product Approval and inclusion in Approved Makes List for CPWD, MES, PWD Karnataka, BWSSB, PMRCL, MES Bangalore Zone, Air Force Command Works Engineers (CWE).
- Submit technical datasheets, test reports, samples.
- Liaison & Business Development:
- Daily liaison with CPWD (Bangalore Central Division, etc), MES (Chief Engineer Bangalore Zone), BMRCL, CGEWHO, NBCC,



RITES, Air Force Station Yelahanka / ASTE.
- Conduct technical presentations / Tile display at department offices and consultant offices.
- Track Govt tenders on CPP Portal, GEM, eProc - and influence specifications before tender is floated.

Requirements

Education: B.E / Diploma or Any Graduate with strong Govt sales experience. MBA is a plus.

Experience: 6-12 years in Specification Sales / Govt Liaison for *Tiles / Building Materials / Ceramics / Sanitaryware.

Compulsory Network: Must have existing contacts in CPWD, MES, Metro Rail, Defence/Air Force works departments. Candidate from Kajaria, Somany, Johnson, RAK, Asian Granito handling Govt vertical will be preferred.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of CPWD Works Manual, DSR item codes for flooring, MES tendering, GEM procurement, BOQ reading.

Location: Based in Bangalore, ready to travel in Southern States.
