Role Description The Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tirur. The Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth delivery of student counseling and admission services, and will coordinate with counselors and support teams to maintain service quality and efficiency. This role involves supervising staff, setting performance objectives, monitoring service standards, and implementing process improvements to enhance student experience.

The Manager will also liaise with international university partners,



manage local marketing and outreach activities, and handle escalated student or parent inquiries in a qualified and solution-focused manner. The position requires regular reporting on performance metrics and collaboration with senior leadership to support business growth in the region.

Qualifications

- Strong people management and leadership skills, including team supervision, performance management, and mentoring.
- Experience in operations and process management, with the ability to streamline workflows and maintain service quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in client relationship management and conflict resolution.
- Background in overseas education consulting, student counseling, or related services is highly beneficial.
- Ability to plan and execute local marketing, outreach, and partnership activities to drive business growth.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, office productivity software, and data reporting for decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, education, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site in Tirur.
