Business Unit: Compliance

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Position Purpose: To support the compliance function in ensuring that AMC and mutual fund schemes operate in accordance with SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 2026, circulars, AMFI guidelines, and internal policies. The role focuses on regulatory monitoring, reporting, documentation, and day-to-day compliance activities.

Principal Accountabilities: Support in implementation of Personal Trading Policy / PIT Regulations, support in handling / monitoring compliance matters under MF Regulations, i.e. new product filing, product launches, approval of marketing material, regulatory / board reporting, AML framework, tracking regulatory changes, audits / inspection etc.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Certifications: CA,



CS or MBA or law graduate. Graduates or CA inter with higher relevant industry experience may also apply. Basic knowledge of MF industry and regulatory framework,

Competencies:Execution skills, proficiency in MS Excel and MS office tools, familiarity with compliance systems / tools, documentation and report preparation skills. High level of integrity, solid sense of ownership and accountability, effective communication and co-ordination skills, team player, eagerness to learn

Preferred Industry Experience: AMC / MF, portfolio managers or broking house.
