Function: Human Resources – Warehouse Operations

Role Overview

Partner with warehouse operations to drive workforce planning, employee relations, HR operations, statutory compliance, and employee engagement, ensuring workforce stability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, and exits.
- Drive workforce planning and bulk hiring in coordination with Talent Acquisition.
- Manage blue-collar employees and contract labor, including vendor coordination and compliance.
- Monitor attendance, shift management, manpower deployment, and productivity.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and shop-floor employee relations.
- Drive employee engagement, attrition control, and frontline workforce retention initiatives.
- Validate attendance and payroll inputs in coordination with the Payroll team.
- Ensure statutory compliance,



labor law adherence, HR audits, and documentation.
- Prepare HR MIS and dashboards covering headcount, attrition, absenteeism, and productivity.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience in HR operations/HRBP, preferably in warehousing, logistics, or supply chain.
- Strong expertise in blue-collar workforce and contract labor management.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and employee relations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and HR MIS reporting.
- Robust stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
