MGM Healthcare is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Biomedical Manager to lead our biomedical engineering operations and ensure the safety, reliability, and optimal performance of medical equipment across the hospital.

Position: Biomedical Manager

Department: Biomedical Engineering

Experience: 5–10 years in biomedical engineering, preferably in a multispecialty hospital

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline

Key Responsibilities

Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of medical equipment.

Ensure maximum equipment uptime, reliability, and patient safety.

Oversee installation, commissioning, calibration, and performance verification.

Manage biomedical engineers, technicians, OEMs, and service vendors.

Monitor AMC/CMC contracts, equipment warranties, and maintenance costs.

Maintain equipment inventory, service records,



and regulatory documentation.

Support NABH accreditation, quality audits, and compliance initiatives, as applicable.

Prepare departmental reports, budgets, and equipment lifecycle plans.

What We’re Looking For

Strong technical knowledge of hospital medical equipment.

Proven experience in biomedical maintenance and team management.

Excellent vendor coordination and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of hospital quality standards and equipment safety.

Strong communication, documentation, and leadership abilities.
