Manager / Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts

Grade: 8 / 9

Qualification:

- Commerce Graduate / Post Graduate / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent

Experience:

- Relevant experience in Finance & Accounts
- Team handling experience with at least 3 or more team members

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Assets (FA)
- Monitoring period-end closing activities and reconciliations
- Ensuring accounting accuracy and compliance
- Supervising and guiding the accounting team
- Coordinating with auditors and business stakeholders
- Driving process improvements and ERP adherence

Preferred Skills:

- Sound accounting knowledge
- Experience in managing teams
- Positive understanding of AP, AR, GL, and Fixed Asset processes
- ERP knowledge, preferably Oracle Fusion
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
