Role & responsibilities

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented MBA freshers from the 2025 and 2026 batches to join our team as Collection Manager Management Trainees. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting collection operations for unsecured personal loans, monitoring overdue accounts, coordinating with customers for timely repayments, and ensuring collection targets are achieved while maintaining professional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with customers for repayment of unsecured personal loans.
- Contact customers through calls and other approved communication channels to remind them of pending payments.
- Understand customer payment issues and coordinate with them to facilitate timely repayment.
- Support collection teams in achieving monthly recovery targets and reducing delinquency.
- Track overdue accounts, payment commitments, and collection performance.
- Analyze collection reports and identify accounts requiring priority follow-up.
- Coordinate with field collection executives, team leaders, and internal departments for effective recovery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and collection activities.




- Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies, applicable RBI guidelines, and fair practices.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection performance reports for management review.

Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / PGDM graduates from the 2025 or 2026 batch.
- Freshers with a specialization in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields are preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and work effectively in a team.
