1. Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee to support our field operations by visiting ,gathering business information, and assisting in the development of business relationships. The candidate will be required to travel regularly in assigned locations and perform field-related duties as directed by the company.
1. Roles and Responsibilities

- Visit as per the company's daily schedule and assigned routes.
- Meet owners, managers, and concerned staff for business-related discussions.
- Introduce the company's products, services, or business offerings to restaurants.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with restaurant partners.
- Identify potentials for business association and recent opportunities.
- Submit daily visit reports, updates,



and feedback to the reporting manager.
- Perform other field operations and management-related duties assigned by the company.

Upon successful completion of the six-month training period, the company may consider continuing the trainee's engagement or offering suitable employment, subject to performance, business requirements, and management approval.

1. Eligibility and Required Skills

- Graduate or undergraduate pursuing a relevant degree, as accepted by the company.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and visit different restaurants.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, email, spreadsheets, and report preparation.
- Ability to interact confidently with owners and staff.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage assigned schedules.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
