About the Role

We are hiring four Management Trainees: two for Strategy1 and two for Brand1. During the six-month training period, you will learn by doing real work on live client and internal projects, with guidance from senior team members and the founder.

What You'll Do

- Research markets, industries, competitors and customers, and turn findings into clear insights.
- Support strategy projects: data collection, analysis, financial and business models, and recommendations.
- Support brand projects: brand research, briefs, positioning and campaign planning.
- Work with the creative team to coordinate content, design and campaign delivery.
- Use AI tools in daily work for research, writing, analysis and content creation.
- Join client meetings, take notes and track action items through to completion.
- Help with business development:



lead research, proposals and pitch material.
- Complete a final project and present it to the leadership team at the end of training.

Who we are looking for
- Engineering graduates (B.E. / B.Tech, any discipline) and MBA graduates.
- Freshers and recent graduates are welcome to apply. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and spoken English; Tamil is an advantage.
- Comfortable with MS Office or Google Workspace (Excel / Sheets, PowerPoint / Slides, Word / Docs).
- Interest in business strategy, branding, marketing and AI.
- Curious, organised and willing to learn quickly and take ownership.
- Interest in AI, technology, and startups.

Compensation
- Rs. 15,000 per month during the 6-month training period.
- After the training and probation period, we will review your performance.
- On successful completion, your salary will be revised based on your performance.
- Strong performers will be considered for full-time roles in Strategy1 or Brand1.
