Role & responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for entry-level and experienced positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection status, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly recruitment MIS.
- Support offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining follow-ups.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA with HR Specialization required
