Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Management Trainee Human Resources Intern role based in Indore. The role involves supporting HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and maintaining employee records. The intern will help in implementing HR policies, coordinating training and development programs, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.

Daily tasks may include preparing HR documentation,



handling basic employee queries under supervision, and collaborating with managers to support personnel management and benefits administration. The position offers structured on-the-job training, exposure to multiple areas of HR and management, and opportunities for progression within the organization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
- Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and understanding of Employee Benefits.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Personnel Management and basic employee relations.
- Relevant academic background in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related fields is beneficial.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
