Human Resources (Talent Management): Your responsibilities will include:

a) Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing the end to-end recruitment process.

b) Collaborate with business units to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions aligned with organizational goals. c) Help design and execute engagement programs, feedback mechanisms, and culture-building initiatives.

d) Analyze employee data and reports to identify trends, guide decision-making, and recommend proactive solutions.

e) Contribute to the development of people strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria: MBA (Human Resources)
