Role Description This is a full time, on-site Management Information System Executive role based in Bareilly. The Executive is responsible for preparing, updating, and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports that support management decision-making. The role involves collecting data from various departments, validating its accuracy, consolidating information, and presenting it in clear formats such as dashboards and summaries.

The Executive will monitor key performance indicators, highlight variances or trends, and support process improvement initiatives through analytical insights. Collaboration with operations, finance, and management teams is essential to ensure timely reporting, effective communication,



and adherence to internal standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills, including familiarity with data structures, reporting tools, and basic database concepts.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and MIS Reporting capabilities, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and create clear, accurate reports and dashboards.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with multiple departments, present findings to management, and document processes and reports clearly.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other spreadsheet or reporting tools; experience with ERP or business intelligence systems is beneficial.

- Relevant bachelor’s degree (such as in Information Technology, Computer Science, Commerce, or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines, and a structured approach to data management and documentation.
- Prior experience in MIS, data analysis, or reporting within a manufacturing or related industry is an advantage.
