Globela Pharma Private Limited is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Engineering Department at Unit-II, Sachin, Surat.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production equipment, utility systems, and HVAC.
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure proper working conditions.
- Prepare and maintain maintenance records, equipment history, and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, GEP, EHS guidelines, and company SOPs.
- Perform scheduled calibration and participate in equipment qualification activities.
- Support installation of new machinery and utility systems.
- Maintain engineering areas, utilities, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure electrical safety and prevent cross-contamination during maintenance.
- Update and maintain the Pharmacloud system.
- Coordinate with Production,



QA, QC, Stores, and other departments.
- Support audits, qualification documentation, and safety compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and training to subordinates when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 4–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry maintenance.
- Knowledge of production equipment, HVAC, and utility systems.
- Understanding of cGMP, calibration, qualification, and preventive maintenance.
- Good troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination skills.
