Maintenance & Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and proper maintenance of the facility. The candidate will supervise housekeeping staff, monitor daily maintenance activities, and ensure a clean, protected, and welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise housekeeping staff and daily cleaning activities.

- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across the facility.

- Monitor routine maintenance of equipment, furniture, fixtures, and facilities.

- Identify and coordinate repairs, maintenance issues, and preventive maintenance.

- Maintain housekeeping schedules, checklists, and maintenance records.

- Monitor cleaning supplies and maintenance inventory.

- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

- Experience in housekeeping, facility maintenance, or site supervision.

- Good team management and coordination skills.

- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, maintenance practices, and safety standards.





- Ability to handle daily operational issues and supervise staff effectively.

- Experience in hospitality, malls, entertainment centres, or commercial facilities is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
