To engage in all the maintenance / maintenance related activities for equipment in Flipkart facilities To work in close coordination with Support team of our vendors for all maintenance activities To monitor all the breakdowns / related activities on the equipment To understand all new Operations requirement related to the equipment To co-ordinate, support & monitor all PM activities To comply with the PM schedule To validate all the PM activities on equipment To complete all the PM closure documentation process To respond to all the breakdown as per escalation matrix To investigate and understand the problem & root cause in every breakdown To coordinate / carry out corrective action and validate with trials To support the vendor during any breakdown To carry out RCA for critical breakdowns with explicit action plans To ensure 5S in and around equipment after every Maintenance activity To store and manage spares at facilities/zonal office To manage the inventory of spares
