We are looking for an experienced and responsible Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance and repair activities across all our service apartment branches.
Workplace: Ambattur, Chennai
Age Group: 25 to 35
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance activities across all branches.
- Handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting and general repair works.
- Coordinate with technicians, electricians, plumbers and other service providers.
- Ensure all properties are well-maintained and guest-ready.
- Attend to maintenance complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct regular property inspections and monitor maintenance expenses.
- Travel to Madurai branches twice a month for inspections and maintenance supervision.

- Ambattur, Chennai
- Velachery, Chennai
- Medavakkam, Chennai
- Madurai Pudur
- Madurai Villapuram
Salary: Rs. 21,000 – Rs.
25,000 per month Holidays: Every Sunday and one additional day per month.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel, service apartment, building or property maintenance.
- Positive knowledge of electrical, plumbing and general maintenance works.
- Ability to manage maintenance staff and coordinate repair work independently.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler & four-wheeler driving licence.
- Willingness to travel to Madurai twice a month.
- Responsible, practical and capable of handling maintenance emergencies.
