1. Job Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of all production machinery and equipment.

- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and basic automation-related issues.

- Ensure smooth functioning of thermoforming machines, laser cutting machines, robotic arms, 3D printers, compressors, vacuum systems, and other laboratory equipment.

- Conduct routine inspections and daily machine health checks to minimize downtime.

- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, preventive maintenance schedules, and spare parts inventory.

- Coordinate with machine vendors and technical support teams for troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs.

- Monitor critical equipment parameters and ensure machines operate within specified limits.

- Identify recurring equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Ensure proper functioning of cooling systems, air supply systems, and other machine utilities.

- Support production teams in resolving machine-related issues and maintaining production targets.

- Follow workplace safety procedures and ensure equipment is maintained in a safe operating condition.





- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to reduce downtime, machine rejection, and production wastage.

Technical Skills

Required

- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.

- Basic understanding of PLCs, sensors, motors, drives, relays, and control panels.

- Knowledge of pneumatic systems, vacuum pumps, compressors, and cooling systems.

- Experience in troubleshooting automated machinery and robotic equipment.

- Ability to read basic electrical wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and root cause analysis.

- Basic computer skills for maintaining maintenance logs and reports.

Educational

Qualification and Experience

- Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.

- 1-2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing workplace.

- Experience with automated production equipment, robotics, or laboratory machinery will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
